14-Day Returns
We accept return requests made within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Because many of our pieces are vintage, antique, collectible, or pre-owned, normal age-related character and any condition details shown in the listing photos or description are not considered defects.
How to Request a Return
Contact us before sending an item back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping and Refunds
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was significantly different from its listing.
Damage or Listing Problems
Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that window, we may have already started packing or purchased a shipping label and cannot guarantee cancellation.
