Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Because many items are one of a kind, each order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves us.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Available shipping options, rates, and carrier delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking details are sent after the shipping label is created. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment.
Packaging Vintage and Pre-Owned Items
Antiques, collectibles, housewares, clothing, purses, and other pre-owned finds are packed with care appropriate to the item. Whenever practical, we reuse clean packing materials to reduce waste.
Address Problems and Delays
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we will help with available tracking information.
